10-10:10               Welcome 

10:10-11               De-escalation: No matter how positive an experience may see, not everyone will be happy. In this session, you will learn concepts and tactics to help you manage a negative situation and put you into a position to get a positive result.

11-11:10               Break

11:10-11:50          Understanding Our Stereotypes: Using the Stages of Change Model to Confront These Head On: While we all have stereotypes, it is important to understand how they impact our workplace. We will use the Stages of Change Model to confront and address them as we look to continually improve our workplace culture. 

12-1                       Lunch – Tales from the Front Line - Come prepared to share your best workplace tales, good, bad, ugly or unusual. Don’t worry, we all have some great ones to share! 

1-1:50                    Trauma 101: We have all been impacted by trauma, and in many cases, this has happened in the workplace. Join our trainer who will understand the causes and effects of trauma and how we can assist survivors in getting the help they need.
