Join an estimated 500 VA parks and recreation professionals at the Greater Richmond Convention Center!

Exhibits will take place from 11 am - 3 pm on October 27, 2026 in the Convention Center Hall D. 

Standard booth (10' x 10'):

  • Before April 30th: VRPS commercial members $675; non-members $1,175
  • May 1st or later: VRPS commercial members $785; non-members $1,285

Premium booth (10' x 20'):

  • Before April 30th: VRPS commercial members $1,350; non-members $1,850
  • May 1st or later: VRPS commercial members $1,570; non-members $2,070

Island booth (20' x 20'):

  • Before April 30th: VRPS commercial members $1,650; non-members $2,150
  • May 1st or later: VRPS commercial members $1,870; non-members $2,370

Non-member prices include a 12-month Commercial membership. 

Every booth includes a table, 2 chairs and 2 booth personnel registrations. Additional exhibit services available for purchase. Exhibitors may add an item to attendee bags for an additional $250 and must provide materials.

 Available Sponsorships

  • Health and Wellness: $3,000 - includes branding on all health and wellness activities, including the Zen Den. Sponsor will be mentioned in all app push notifications about health and wellness activities
  • Conference App: $2,500 -includes linkable ad from main menu of the the conference app for the duration of its availability
  • Student Activities: $2,500 - includes special acknowledgement in opening remarks by Executive Director and opportunity to speak at special student lunch.
  • Accessibility and Inclusion: $2,000 - includes special acknowledgement in opening remarks by Executive Director and and a dedicated push notification in the app

Sponsorships availability will be confirmed by VRPS staff and this list updated as often as possible.

All sponsorships $3,000+ include a standard booth (premium upgrade available) as well as acknowledgement as a sponsor on website, app, and conference marketing. Sponsors will also receive attendee mailing lists before conference.
