Virginia Senior Games Has a New Home
The Virginia Recreation and Park Society, along with local parks and recreation agencies, have produced and presented The Virginia Senior Games for 42 years. During that time, thousands of athletes have competed in dozens of events, built lasting friendships, and worked to maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle.
The Board of Directors of the Virginia Recreation and Park Society has determined that our non profit organization is no longer equipped to produce the Games in a manner necessary to maintain the high standards required for athletes to gather and compete.
We have made arrangements for The Virginia Senior Games to continue under new ownership.
Read the announcement sent to athletes and sponsors HERE for more details.
