Conservation Vision Recreation Access Model: Info and Feedback Session
Join us for a webinar on Apr 27, 2021 at 3:00 PM EDT.
The Virginia Conservation Vision Recreation Access Model will soon be replaced with a new, updated version. This model, among others, is used to score grant applications for conservation and recreation projects. It is also freely available for general reference and planning purposes.
Join us for an informational session in which DCR staff introduce the model objectives, explain how a draft model has been developed from input datasets, and demonstrate how the model can be used by the conservation and outdoor recreation community. Following the formal presentation, staff will answer questions from the audience, then launch an interactive segment in which participants are asked to provide targeted feedback on various aspects of the model. Audience feedback obtained from this session and a follow-up survey will help inform the final version of the model.
