Assists with the operation of a park and visitor center/office including the operation of point-of-sale unit, answering telephone, greeting visitors, enforcing rules and regulations, and handling customer service issues. Closes the facility and park as assigned; confirms facility and monies are secured; ensures facility is clean and ready to operate the next day. Completes point-of-sale batch-out, balance and reconciliation of the cash collection, and preparation of bank deposits.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 21 years of age. All applicants should have the ability to work with people of all ages, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and have ability to use a personal computer.
Hours: 20-30 hours per week; weekend, evening, and some holiday work is required
