OBJECTIVE FOR 2011
Due to extreme fiscal restraints expressed by Service Area members, the objective will be to use creative activity and educational roundtable discussions to increase communication and participation at limited cost.  These increases will hopefully stimulate future VPRS and Western Service area involvement
